Dave Holt photography on display in Ossipee
OSSIPEE - Dave Holt, of Effingham, has had a camera in his hand since he was 13 years old. Now, many years later, he works as a professional photographer, which he says means he is making a living doing something he has always loved. The Ossipee Public Library is featuring Holt’s photography in the meeting room until the end of May.
“To me, photography is the art of seeing light, seeing how light paints everything,” said Holt. I use photography to share my view of the world with others, to capture the uniqueness of what it is that I’m shooting.”
Holt’s photography, featuring an award-winning photograph of the Washington Monument and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, a beautiful shot of Boston’s new Zakim bridge taken at 2:30 a.m., and more is on exhibit through May.
